Refund policy

All damage claims must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery, refunds or replacement is at the discretion of Venom Blowguns depending on available inventory. Refunds will be granted upon return of all items included in original shipment and all parts included with merchandise must be returned. Accidental orders placed by customers must be returned in unused and unopened condition, customer pays for return shipping on accidental or no loner needed products. Restock fees may apply if items are missing parts, customer damaged when received.
